RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- If you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange. The products must be in the same condition and undamaged as received with proof of picture. We will contact you to schedule the pick up. The customer will bear the expenses of shipping returned or replaced products, which must be paid in cash to the courier. Shipping expenses will depend on the location.
- If your product is faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with proof of picture. We will contact you to schedule the pick up.
- Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- The amount will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 working days.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom made orders.
- Our Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only for a period of one year.
